Nigeria's real estate marketplace
Real Estate,reimagined.
Somewhere for a night, somewhere for the year, a house to buy, a shop to trade from, or the land itself. Nine markets, agents checked by real people, and one wallet for all of it.
Search, talk, pay and keep the record, without leaving Vallo
Most property in Nigeria is arranged across a phone call, a WhatsApp thread and a bank transfer, and none of those remember anything. Here the conversation, the money and the paperwork are the same account, so a year later you can still show what happened.
- A naira walletTop up by card or bank transfer, pay from your balance, and withdraw to your own account. Crypto top-ups too, where they are switched on.
- Savings potsSet money aside toward rent or a deposit, in a pot that is separate from your spending balance.
- An assistant that reads the catalogueAsk in plain words, in any of four languages, and get real listings back with the figures attached.
- Messages with the listerEvery conversation with an agent stays on the platform, so there is a record if anything is ever disputed.
- Agents checked by a personA person reviews every agent application by hand before they can publish, and the listing shows when it was checked.
- Receipts and agreementsPayments, bookings and documents are kept against your account for as long as you have one.
Three steps, in every market
- 01
Search
Rent, buy, shortlet, land and commercial, in one search, with the full move-in total on every price.
- 02
Inspect
Message the agent inside Vallo, see the place in person, and pay only after you have stood in it.
- 03
Move in
Agreement, payments and messages, kept in one account you can show anyone, for as long as you live there.
Questions other platforms leave you to ask, answered on the listing
- The light and the waterGrid band, backup and water supply, stated on a listing rather than discovered after you arrive.
- What it really costsRent, caution, service, agency and legal, added up in front of you before you commit to anything.
- Who you are dealing withA named agent, checked by a person, with the date of the check on the listing.
- Checked by a personThe verified tick appears only after a person has checked the agent, by hand, and it shows the date.
- Everything inside ValloChat, viewing and payment stay on the platform, so there is a record if anything goes wrong.
Renting in Nigeria runs on trust that does not exist yet. We are building it.
Fake listings, fees invented at the door, agents nobody checked, rent handed over in cash with no record. Everyone knows the stories because everyone has one. Vallo is the version where the person is real, the price is whole, and the paper trail belongs to you.
Real estate, with the fear taken out.
Every agent checked by hand before they can list. Every price carried to the door. Every conversation, viewing and payment inside one account. That is the whole product, and nothing ships that breaks it.
List your property. Reach all of Nigeria.
List your properties, manage bookings, earn more and grow your business.
- Free to list, with no upfront fees.
- A checked badge that renters can see.
- Payouts straight to your own bank account.
What we are building next
Stated as a plan, because that is what it is. Nothing below is available yet, and anything that ships moves out of this list and into the product.
- Saving in stablecoins, so money set aside for rent holds its value while it waits.
- Settlement on chain, so a payment carries its own proof rather than a screenshot of one.
- Paying rent in instalments, for tenancies where the lister agrees to it.
- More markets, more cities, and the tools agents keep asking us for.
Ask in plain words. Get real property.
It reads the whole catalogue: the rent, the move-in total, the bedrooms, the area, and whether there is light. Then it answers with properties that are actually listed.
2 bedroom in Yaba, under 2 million a year
Four in Yaba inside that. The closest is 1.2m a year, move in 1.8m with caution and agency, one bedroom short of what you asked. Want me to widen to Akoka?
Questions, answered
Is my money safe?
Payments run in naira through a licensed Nigerian payment provider, and your card details never touch our servers. You are never charged before you confirm.
Are there any fees?
None from us, in any market. The price on a listing is the price, and on a tenancy the move-in total is printed in full before you commit to anything.
Can I list my property?
Yes, whatever it is: a room, a flat, a house, a shop, an office or land. Apply from Become an agent in about ten minutes. A person reviews every application by hand, and only approved agents can publish.
Which languages does Vallo speak?
English, Yorùbá, Hausa and Igbo, switchable at any time, and the assistant answers in all four.
What happens after I pay?
Your confirmation and the details arrive at once, the conversation with the agent stays in your account, and every payment keeps a reference you can open from your wallet.
