List your own property, with or without an agent, and let renters see the whole move-in cost before they call. Here is how it works and how you are paid.
01
With your email, Google or Apple. It is one account for renting, staying and letting.
02
Four short screens: you, where the property is, what you hold on it, and a summary to confirm.
03
A Certificate of Occupancy, a Deed of Assignment, a Governor's Consent, a survey plan or a utility bill. If you hold none of these, "I have none of these" is an answer that still lets you list.
04
Add the rent, every fee and the move-in total. A person at Vallo reviews each listing before it goes live, and can send it back with a reason.
05
Renters message you inside Vallo, inspect, and submit an inspection report. Vallo charges no inspection fee. Viewing a property through Vallo is free.
06
Payment opens only after the inspection report is submitted, both of you confirm the agreement, and Vallo approves it. Then the renter pays through Vallo and your share goes to your bank.

The Guarantee contribution goes into a separate reserve. It is never added to the price a renter or guest pays.
Your share of a payment settles straight to the bank account on your payout details, through Paystack, at the moment the renter or guest pays. Vallo never holds it, so there is nothing to withdraw. Paystack pays settled money into your bank on its normal settlement schedule.
Vallo never holds your money. When you pay, the owner's or agent's share goes straight to their bank account through our payment processor, in the same transaction.
An example of the desk with made-up enquiries. Nothing here is a real person or property.

Yes. Without a title document your listing still goes up, but it never carries an ownership mark. Nothing else changes.
Vallo does not set or cap your fees. It prints the fees you state on the listing, beside the published rule where a state has one, so renters can compare.
