Create an account
- Go to Sign up.
- Use your email and a password, or Google. Apple appears when it is switched on.
- With email, open the confirmation we send you. The account is then ready.
An account is free. You need one to book, to pay, to message and to post, because each of those has to belong to somebody. You must be 18 or over.
Sign in, or get back in
- Sign in the way you signed up. A Google account has no password.
- Forgot your password? Use Forgot password and we email you a link.
- Tap something that needs an account while signed out, and you come back to it after signing in.
Fill in your profile
Your profile holds your name, phone number, photo, state and local government, and what you do. Your bookings, agreements, saved places and reviews open from it.
Claim a handle, and your public page lives at /u/your-handle. Handles are 3 to 20 lowercase letters, digits or underscores, starting with a letter. You choose what shows there under Privacy.
Add a workspace to list or host
A workspace is where you list, host or answer enquiries. Open Add a workspace and pick the one that fits: i own the property or i am an agent, a hotel, a shortlet, or a restaurant.
One account holds one side. An account is either an owner (landlord) account or an agent account, never both. If you are both, use two accounts.
When you add a workspace you accept the Terms and the Privacy Policy, and agree that every payment for a deal happens inside Vallo. Hosts also accept the Host Agreement.
What happens next: a person at Vallo reviews what you send. You can follow it from your profile. If something is missing, you are told what, and you send the same application again.
